Hmmmm...

Would it be possible to post a close-up pic of the leaves? Any other info you could give, like does it fruit or produce seeds? Do the leaves change in the fall? Does it flower?

It's not very close up, but it looks like a southern magnolia to me.

Does it flower? Are the leaves glossy? It looks like a magnolia to me too.

The leaves look too small to be magnolia. Interesting. Hmmmmmn.

Can you post a closer pic of the foliage? Seeing the structure of the leaf might help.
