Dairy, wheat, and sugar free

Hi ladies!

I am hoping some one out there may have great links, books, resources for me to check in to.

I am changing my diet because dairy, wheat and sugar can all be associated with the blockage of my only remaining fallopian tube (2 ectopic pregnancies). I have also heard some debate about soy (working similarly to dairy in what it does to the mucous in the tubes). I will be chatting with my naturopath about this at our next appointment (Tuesday) but thought I could get recipe ideas to begin.

No one here has allergies...DH will eat anything. DD it can be hit or miss lol.

Thanks,

Nicole

Check out:

http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/

Many of the women on the forum have become pregnant after switching to a primal lifestyle! It's definitely grain and sugar free, and dairy is considered a sensible indulgence for those who can tolerate it, so easy to avoid!

If you would like some ideas for meals and don't find inspiration on the nutrition forum at MDA, I'll post some of my meals.

I'd suggest searching Paleo or Primal diets for recipe ideas, since that's essentially what that combo is.

Thanks! You learn something new every day!

I will be taking a tour of a store with a nutritionist (a store similar to whole foods in the states) to sort out what some alternatives might be or what's out there. Looking forward to this new adventure!

In enjoy this blog. She doesn't eat gluten or sugar (although she does use agave) and it seems like most of her recipes are dairy free.

Good luck on your journey!
