yeasty smelling poop? Is this just a cold symptom?

My 6 week old has a stuffy nose today so we think she is getting a cold. I don't know if it is related or not but she is also having poops today that are yellow but very slimy and mucous-y and they STINK. They smell like vinegar and yeast. The nurse i called said the mucous is from her swallowing snot which makes sense to me but i forgot to mention the smell to her. Do you think i should call back and mention the smell or is this a normal thing for a breastfed baby with a cold?

All four of mine always got very stinky, yucky smelling poop when sick as babies. Sometimes it's one of the first signs I got when they were coming down with something.
