Where to begin with an 19 month old?

We haven't vaccinated since my son's last doctor visit at his 6 mo visit. I was not really happy with the doctor and felt alot of pressure to vaccinate so we haven't been there since. In the meantime while shopping around for another doctor I am thinking I would like to do a selective vaccine schedule and wonder what one might reccomend if starting at 19 months? So he has had two shots for DTaP and then I never did the booster....Feedback please. TIA.

I'd be curious about this as well. Where people recommend starting back up when you decided after a couple of vax's to pull the plug...

I did hib with ds when he was younger but your lo is out of the danger zone for that one so you should probably consider skipping it entirely.

We did one dose of prevnar (and i really regret it) and it caused a very high fever and we decided NOT to do that one (oh and he got an ear infection a few days later...despite it being the anti-ear infection vax...)

We have done 3 doses of Dtap and plan on finishing it. DS is 2.5 and we'll probably get his next dtap at his 3 year old check up (we are waaaaaaay delayed...like we take 6 months between vaxes-ish).

That is all for now for us until he's older...MAYBE we'll do MMR when he's 4 but might even push that one further.

Will probably do hep b when he's a young tween/teen.

skipping polio and chicken pox all together.
