Preconception diet & vitamins

When I was little, my mother always made me take a CLO supplement, bee pollen and half a dose of a multivitamin. I grew up eating lots of liver and roe too. After a while I dropped taking all of them, then when I was pregnant I started taking the prenatal until I couldn't hold it down. And my DH used to like liver, but we had an unfortunate experience of a stomach virus starting right after a supper of liver and onions one time and I stopped cooking it because now DH can't tolerate the smell. We still eat roe from time to time, but not regularly.

So, for the past two years I've not been taking any sort of supplements, except FCLO and that irregularly and I've been either pregnant or nursing this entire time. My body can definitely feel it and I can also tell from my emotional state that I am in serious nutrient deprivation. We practice NFP and have been prayerfully considering having another child. We won't be trying to conceive for another month or so, however, and I plan to continue nursing Ladybug during the pregnancy and probably tandum nursing.

Here's my question, what should I do in lieu of a prenatal vitamin? I'll be honest, I don't like nutritional yeast and would rather take a vitamin than put it in my food. I'm open to other suggestions, however.

Here's the list I have so far to take per day:
+ FCLO - 2 mL (that's the amount recommended on the bottle, should I take more if I'm nursing/pregnant?)
+ Bee pollen - 1/2 to 1 tsp
+ High Vitamin Butter Oil (don't have that yet, waiting on the order)

We already drink plenty of raw cow's milk kefir, although I'm going to start making it with goat's milk soon. We also drink water kefir and kombucha (need to start making it again!). I have never made beet kvas but will start making it soon.

I also take a daily dose of Olive Leaf Complex because I'm so low energy.

I eat plenty of butter (Kerrygold), meat, eggs and raw cheese. We eat lots of soups made from bone broth and I love aspic made from pig's feet (that's something else I ate plenty of as a kid). We eat sourdough bread or Ezekiel 100% of the time, too.

I will definitely start eating liver again (I really like it and I think Ladybug will too, I'll just cook it when DH isn't around - I will not eat raw liver) and will return to my favorite breakfast of bread butter and some fish eggs on top at least once a week.

Anything else I should be taking and/or eating? I'm worried about the B-vitamins.

Oh and I'm not new to TF, that's about how I've always eaten, even before I knew what TF was. And since that's mostly how my family has eaten for generations I think my body will recover pretty quickly once I give it that extra boost! I am battling a sugar addiction, however, and DH is American, but will eat everything Ladybug and I eat except liver. He won't take supplements though.
