still following your progress girlies and trying desperately to get my act together and get back into it. feeling just fatigued and awful lately and i know just what i need to do but failing to make it happen. so sick right now with some virus that is making every joint in my body ache and i am nauseous. up all night with my littlest who had it too. hopefully good will come of this in that i kick my sugar habit while food sounds so wretched. doing good avoiding grains, but sugar is my nemesis. thank you for continuing to post and reinspire me while i find my way back.

) and gym later today. And I've got to get outside and finish my yard work. I have to dig up a small tree and i'm sad about it. there are no if's and's or but's about it, it needs to come out...it's one of those bad planning by landscapers in a new development they planted a tree under my porch that will start ripping out my entire yard. I have a nice bush to replace it.|
I never made a flank steak before either. And actually I couldn't find one. I used London Broil.
