They work pretty well for me. You need to pull them off and re-stick them a couple times a day, though, because one side tends to come loose from moving around, bending, and picking the kids up. You can get them new on ebay for around $19, and they last for 2-3 months. I'm overall happy with them, but if you've been wearing them for more than a few hours, it's a good idea to have a cloth ready when you take them off!

wiith dd1 i never had any special nursing shirts, only nursing bras.
with this lo i have 2 nursing tanks from target and 1 nursing shirt that i just bought for dinner with dh's boss (had to be sure no boob showed!)

here's my top. i think it is cute enough for after baby, though dd1 nursed for many years, so i should get my money's worth

i also just got my first nursing underwire bra, needed it to put my boobs in the correct place for the nursing shirt. it's the only time i have 2 boobs

i also need to look into the undercover thing

I like glamormom tanks for layering and warm weather, but am not a big fan of nursing-specific shirts. I had a couple when DS was little, and I always found it easier to just pull up my shirt than to align my breast with the nursing opening, pull up/aside only one layer of a shirt, and get this all done quickly enough that the baby wasn't screaming... Too much hassle!

That said, I do have a top I made nursing friendly, but I do just pull the whole thing up usually.
