Please help me out mamas! and any birth professionals too please!

I've been diagnosed with GD, and my 4 a day blood glucose levels have all been fantastic over the past 10 days, so I am well under control. Unfortunately, it's policy to risk me out of the birth center. There are no HB midwives that take mamas with GD available in my area, and no other birth centers. My options are very limited.

I have a meeting on Wednesday where I'm going to be presenting my case for letting me stay in the birth center where I want to give birth. I have found articles on these three topics, but any help would be appreciated.

Published articles from the last 10 years on gestational diabetes, macrosomia, and neonatal hypoglycemia would all be very welcome.

Thank you!!!!

Management of Suspected Fetal Macrosomia. Zamorski & Biggs, American Family Physician 2001.

I'd also check out Google Scholar, which allows you to access peer-reviewed scientific literature, and the Cochrane reviews (both mainly abstracts, but some full-text articles available).
