We eat fish more than 3 times a week. Usually tilapia and salmon right now. On the tilapia I usually brush a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning and bake it. The girls fight over it and I never get enough. The salmon, I usually put a glaze on it, most often a teriyaki-like glaze, or maple glaze, or orange glaze, or a mango salsa. Then sometimes I like it straight-up. No one in my family besides me likes shrimp, which is fine with me as every once in a while I'll buy myself a pound of shrimp and eat it in one sitting all by myself Yum!
