anyone else read A Complaint Free World?

I loooove this book. Very timely for me as I have been planning a "no complaining" challenge re-do for myself. I simply used one of the bracelets I already own instead of buying one of the organization's.

Anyone else read this and do the challenge? How did it go? I will be on Day One again tomorrow.

I've never heard of this. Going to go Google it!

I'll have to get the book at the library. I complain way too much- especially while driving. My little boy is only 9 months old, but I have got to change my attitude soon so he doesn't pick up on my sweraing and complaining about other drivers.

I'm also going to google this. DH and I both need to stop complaining!

So, did any of you find yourselves interested after googling it? Doing this challenge really opened up my eyes (and ears) to how much complaining there is in our society. One night, I wanted to just chill and watch TV, but every channel was full of people whining and complaining (or killing each other, which is a very high form of complaint, isn't it?). I just turned the TV off. I mean, I am working on not complaining, so what good does it do if I sit and let others around me complain?

I got a little sad, too. If I never complain, my children are still surrounded by complaining through TV, etc. I wonder what TV would look like w/o anything negative on it.

I read it and loved it too. I'm trying to do the challenge as well.
