Does your morning sickness change based on which gender baby you are having? I would love to know if there is any truth in this...

With my boys I had none or very little sick feeling with my DD I was very sick (I never actually "got sick" but felt like I would be day and night for weeks). With this one I'm feeling pretty sick as well ... trying to find out if there is a link...

I had diagnosed hg with ds and undiagnosed but believed hg with dd

not bad comparitively this time, unknown gender but different father.

Had two girls. One, no morning sickness. The second, moderate morning sickness, unfortunately curable with carbs.

I had undiagnosed HG with my first, a boy.regular miserableness that did last a little long with my 2nd son and my DD.My 4th baby I barely felt I'll compared to the others and that was aboy. This time I am back in HG territory and still have a couple of weeks before I get to find out.All 5 pregnancies have been with the same father but in different states. So far my boys had me more sick than my girl. She is just more mischief on the outside LOL

No option for me, I had regular MS with DD2 and DS, none with DD1.

I had morning sickness with both of my dd's and none with my ds. So, for me it was a sign of gender. HTH

I was very sick with my first pregnancy. Everyone said this meant it would be a girl, though supposedly I was carrying like a boy (straight forward). He turned out to be a boy so one old wive's tale is right.

This time I am even sicker (didn't think that was possible!), hospitalized for HG and on lots of meds. Have to wait till October to find out what sex the baby is but instinct says another boy.

With my first son I had no morning sickness. I'm 39 weeks with my second son now and still have morning sickness.

With DD I had only a couple weeks of moderate nausea and only threw up a few times. This is another girl and I was horribly ill for months, vomiting regularly, and am still nauseous daily at 4 months.

I was convinced that this baby (due in August) was a boy because my symptoms are more intense than in my 2 girl pregnancies. I had mild nausea with the girls (added gagging with dd2) but this pregnancy was way worse and after a 5 weeks break the nausea is coming back (I'm 21wks).

Sure enough it's a boy.

I had no ms at all with my dd and had a very easy pregnancy. I never even got tired. I had pretty bad nausea and some vomiting with my ds's pregnancy and this pregnancy. I am also way more tired. I won't know what I'm having until birth this time.

Moderate sickness with both, but the boy pregnancy was worse.

Didn't vote because I did not have morning sickness with all my pregnancies. I had it very bad with my first and my third. On boy, one girl. Second pregnancy was not bad and it was a girl.

#1 boy ~
#2 girl ~
#3 girl ~
#4 ? boy ? ~

I have been sick every time i have been pregnant in the first trimester..my first seemed the worst but it was my first time and I had time to feel sicker. I think it has been pretty equal each time actually.. I can just manage it better.
Maybe it was slightly less with my 3rd, but its hard to know..
I am 10 weeks now and starting to feel a lot better.
