Cook it with half milk and half water and cinnamon. Then stir in unrefined coconut oil and top with a splash of milk.

I always mix yogurt in it. And usually berries. Sometimes I also have hemp oil and some almonds, with frozen berries. Sometimes I put almond butter and raisins. Sometimes cinnamon raisins and brown sugar with a bit of cream.

I make it two ways; either with milk or water. When I make it with milk, I just top it with a pat of butter a touch of honey and cream.

When I cook it in water, I add a chai tea bag (decaf, I'm breastfeeding) to the water as it boils, then I take out the tea bag when the oatmeal goes in. I add in a dash of vanilla, grated apple, unsweetened grated coconut, flax seeds, raisins and sometimes nuts. Bit of honey if it needs it. Top with Greek yohurt. YUM!

I stir in some buttermilk and put a fried egg on top.
