So, I just thought I'd check in and see if we have any avid exercisers in here. I was a total bum during my last pregnancy, but I really got healthy before this one, and now I exercise at least 5-6 times a week (goal is 7 days, but you know...

I just thought maybe we could start a thread as a support group, especially for those days when we're lazy and don't want to work out.
And I am not hardcore or anything. I usually just do 30 mins a day of cardio a day and weightlifting a few times a week. I want to get some prenatal yoga DVDs here soon.

but suffice it to say that a lot of my crankiness has been put to good use
