baptism gown pattern...?

A dear friend requested, as a gift, a baptism gown for her son who is 6.5 months of age. ... I am a pretty decent sewer and I was hoping to sew one as everything I can find to buy is upwards of $200..

Does any have any recommendations for a pattern- which is online (bonus if its free but I am also willing to pay) for a boys baptism gown? Something simple and traditional without too much frills or lace?

I believe we used vogue patterns for both of our kids' gowns, including a very simple cotton organza gown with pintucks at the hem and on the bonnet for my son. It was beautiful...but I can't find either of them online. If you have access to a fabric store, check out the vogue book. They have beautiful stuff!
