I take 1 heaping tbsp of the powder every morning. I built up to it over about a week since I wanted to make sure I and my LO felt ok with it. I had no problems at all other than taking it too late in the day one time and I felt like I had some trouble sleeping. But if I take it in the morning it's not an issue.

No need to stop at O. Some people even take it into pregnancy. (Although I'll probably wean once I see that BFP just cause I'm like that. )

Good luck!!

Hmm. I just looked it up and a tbsp of sugar is 12.5g. I'd say Maca is lighter than sugar for sure so maybe 12g total? I've read that you have to take a lot in pill form to equal the amount in powder.

I take a heaping tablespoon as well in a daily smoothie, and weighed it once - it's about 6g.
