Breast Debris?

I had the Diagnostic Mammagram and ultrasound. The tech did the ultrasound and went and talked to the Doctor. She came back and said I could go. The Doctor is going to look at the ultrasound more. They found debris. What the heck is breast debris and why would it cause pain?

I don't know if this is a similar type of situation but perhaps it is...A couple of years ago, during an ER visit for cardiac and respiratory symptoms, I received a chest x-ray and was subsequently misdiagnosed with, and treated for, a blood clot in my lung. The following day, when a physician other than the initial resident viewed the films, he said I had been misdiagnosed, there was no clot but he could see an "artifact" on the scan which was probably the source of the resident's confusion. I spent a while wondering "An artifact? Of *what*?" until someone explained to me that it's a technical term for something...a shadow, or an imperfection in the film...but not a tangible something. I am wondering if your "debris" could be similar? Best of luck to you, by the way.

ETA: The all powerful google says you can have debris that is related to pus (i.e. mastitis), debris from cells, and cysts with debris that need to be watched. The options seem to be endless, so I wouldn't focus on it at all until you have more info.
