I've tried making up my own recipe in this vein, but it wasnt very successful. I've also tried calling the pamona jam hot-line but they didnt know anything about stevia (this was a couple of years ago, now)

Anyone have a 'tried and true' jam recipe using Fruit, pamona's pectin and stevia? i could use a tiny bit of honey if absolutely necessary (i'd really rather not!) but i'm not interested in using sugar or agave at all. googling is yielding random bloggers who allude to such a thing being possible but no actual recipes...
