kashi grain mix- what s it?

my 14 month old loved kashi's microwave southwest chicken meal. what is the grain mix? i want to make some from scratch stuff with it. any ideas with it, recipes and such

No idea for that, but I've got the Kashi 7 Grain pilaf (which is shelf-stable and cooks on the stove), and it lists ingredients as: Oats, Brown Rice, Rye, Hard Red Winter Wheat, Triticale, Buckwheat, Barley, Sesame Seeds.
