Am I supposed to just suffer...? UPDATE post #20 - Page 2

If raw cows milk never bothered you before, I'd think that raw goat's milk would be fine. : that the corn is the congestion culprit and clears out fast so you can have your kefir and yummy goat products!

Have you had a a full exam from an ENT or allergist? considering a lot of your problems surround your sinsus and head (pressure, headaches) have your had a ct or mri to rule out any abnormalities of your sinuses?

Well, even after the corn was out of my system the headache still persisted so I am pretty sure I can't handle the goat milk either. I'm pretty bummed about that.

I haven't had any kind of test to look at my sinuses but I would think that if the headaches were caused my an abnormality then eliminating certain foods wouldn't make a difference. I feel completely fine, no headaches, no congestion, etc. when I don't have any dairy, wheat/gluten, or corn. I was feeling wonderful for about 3-4 wks until I started the goats milk and was eating more corn products than I usually do.

So I'm thinking that in the next couple of days I will be back to feeling better.

Now I am wondering how to heal my body so that these foods don't cause so many problems?????

Am I right in thinking that an underlying gut health issue is causing me to become sensitive to all these foods, when I wasn't before? I can't believe that there is no reason for all of this. So, how do I find out? What do I do now?

goat milk *should* be fine, esp if its raw.

now that your gut isnt being assualted, you need to actively work to repair it. kefir is great for this, as are all other fermented foods. hop over to the TF forum for more info on that

also, do you use any toxic cleaners in your home? i developed multiple chemical sensitivity and when i switched to white vinegar, baking soda, etc, it make a HUGE difference

Not necessarily, your sinus shape could be aggravating things. I know I get stuffed up faster than other people because I've got less space in my sinuses.
