just curious but does anyone place any credibility on the blood type diet?

I don't mean to step on anybody's pet beliefs, but I've read about that a lot, and I think it's a load of hooey. I've never seen any evidence to convince me that there's anything to it at all.

I feel, based on what I have read, that genetics play a much greater role in what foods one should and should not eat.

There is a lot of evidence that supports genes play a factor in lactose intolerance ( www.thetech.org/genetics/ask.php?id=250 )and wheat intolerance, instead of blood type.
