"All of these beverages are largely the same. They are 100 percent sugar," Dr. David Ludwig, an expert on pediatric obesity at Children's Hospital Boston, said recently. "Juice is only minimally better than soda."

I am in the there is nothing wrong with PB and honey on WW school of thought. However, I must say it wouldn't strike me as healthier than a burrito just b/c the burrito was made with a white flour shell. The shell is such a minor part of a burrito. It really just serves to keep it together.

I certainly don't view Fritos as healthier than either a burrito or a quesadia. DS and I enjoy sharing a small bag of Fritos very occasionally as a treat. Yes technically they are whole grain, but it's a pretty low quality grain and they are loaded with fat and salt.

I find the only allowed cracker to be a triscuit very ignorant. I can think of many whole grain crackers other than triscuits. We eat ak-mak which are whole wheat all the time. Trader Joes makes great whole grain entertaining crackers. There are whole wheat bunnies. There is even a whole wheat version of ritz.

They really seem to be more into imposing rules than doing good research into well balanced meals.
