Spokane area MD, or allergist that accepts medicaid (x post in tribal)

We were just approved for Medicaid for the girls. We live naturally and I treat any illnesses with immune support. I do not believe in the system (so to speak) of sickcare. We do not vax and any colds we have I treat with immune support. dd1 was given the first few vaxes though. I believe she is vaccine damaged and it is exhibiting as ADD or ADHD, basically behaviors and she did have a few tics. We are on a GFCFSFCF diet with no chemicals. I am giving probiotics and have used GSE, biotin, CLO, natural calm, VIt C and Vit D. The thing is, her father does not believe in any of this. Now that we have a way to visit someone for testing, I would like to in order to have a piece of paper so her dad will go along 100% with this biomedical intervention. I want to find out what her food sensitivities are and if she still has a yeast problem. But I do not want to visit any peds like the ones I have met in the past, yk? (IMO any 'doctor' that believes in vaccines is not someone whose opinion I will respect, nor ones that believe in pharmaceutical drugs since I do not) Does anyone know of who I can contact to get an IgE, IgG, and OAT test ordered and covered by insurance? cross post in tribal area....
