I just wanted to thank everyone here for helping me make an informed decision. I can't talk religion here so I won't but that was where I started. If my first child had been a boy, I would have circumcised. Luckily baby turned out to be a girl.
But in my life's journey, and with my second pregnancy, I did more research. (I had the burning question of "why would I subject MY baby to pain? Aren't our bodies born perfect???") And luckily this time baby is a BOY! an intact little man! (who by the way was born at home with shoulder dystocia and an excellent midwife!! 8 pounds, 10 ounces and not a tear!! came out screaming even with the bad situation).
Tomorrow is the day he *would have* been circumcised. Though family isn't really talking to me now, I feel so good in my decision. Thank you all again.
