Park for Special Needs

If anyone is ever in San Antonio stop by Morgan's Wonderland. It's the first ever amusement park for special needs children. I took dd yesterday, she has TBI. It was amazing, I hadn't seen her smile like that in a long time. There were children there in wheelchairs who had never been able to swing before. They spent 30 million dollars building it. They keep the number of children that can enter really low too so there isn't overwhelming number of people. I can't say enough good things about it. Check it out!

I never knew anything like that existed.

Lindsay, I wanted you to know I've been thinking of and praying for you, your daughter, and family.

While it's not an amusement park, Smith Playground in Philadelphia is a wonderful and inclusive playground www.smithplayhouse.org. The playhouse itself, build in the late 1800 is not wheelchair friendly but the playground is and it's wonderful!
