favorite source for inexpensive toddler leggings?

I need to find solid-color leggings -- what's your favorite place to buy them? (I'm looking for ones whose material is like stretchy pants, not ones that are just cropped tights.)

Thanks!

I got a few pairs at Children's Place (in Canada) for $6 each the other day. They had lots of solids and a few polka dots. Bought one in each colour. I believe Gap's Playtime Favourites might fit the bill also, but are about $14 a pair I think.

I just picked up a bunch of leggings on clearance at Target, they were about $1.49 each. All sorts of colors, sizes, designs.
