Does anyone have extra kefir grains they could spare and send my way? I am trying to do as much to get as much nutrients in cheaply right now.

Head down to the "Free for Shipping" area here on MDC (it's all the way at the bottom). I was just there and there are a couple mamas that have kefir grains. I wish I would have known about it last week because I just bought some, and paid a lot more than just shipping on them!
