Looking for Vegan Friendly GP in BC (lower mainland)

Hello there;

I live in the White Rock area of British Columbia (Canada). I have a fabulous ND, and a lovely GP (both are local). My only problem, is I don't feel that my GP is that supportive of my decision to feed my family of five a vegan diet. We don't go to the DR very often, but when we do, I find myself being on edge, ready for a debate. Is there anybody out there that lives in my area (even further out than White Rock - ie. Vancouver, etc.) and has experience with a GP that is informed and comfortable with vegan diets? As I said, our trips to the DR's office are fairly infrequent, but I would love to find a vegan friendly doc.

And did you ever find a vegan-friendly doc?
