And what kind of age range is 'normal'?
Two of my sons are intact. My 3yo is definitely not retracted. My 5mo's forskin looks like it may be retracting--it's very open at the end and the skin there looks sortof loose...I have never done anything different with either one of them, and I know natural retraction happens at different ages with different boys, but isn't 5m really really young? It seemed a bit red for a couple of days when I first noticed the looseness, but isn't red anymore--but it's still loose.
I'm not concerned, just curious, because this has caught me really off guard, and I'd like to be better informed for the sake of future kids and/or other mamas.

Ds1 at age 3.

Ds2 is 4 and still hasn't yet.

Normal is anywhere from birth to puberty. My ds is 3 1/2 and I haven't noticed any signs that it is getting started.

So it's not weird, nor anything to be concerned about if my baby is in fact retracting then. That's good to know. Thanks. I'm new to this, my kids are the first intact ones I've ever been involved with raising.

My son is 4 and he's not at all.

I said 1-2 for ds1, but it very well could have been under a year. I don't really remember - just that it was a lot younger than I expected. DS2 is 4.5 and his retracts and has for quite awhile, but I don't really know when that started. I voted 3-4 for him, but it could have been younger.

I chose 4-5 years, but on that note it would partially retractable or ballooning. And after that, I have no idea as I am thinking of my little brothers lol! I just remember for example one of my brothers was able to retract and would rinse under the bath faucet around 4ish...that was all his business, never forced, I was just there to sit in the bathroom, read a book and make sure he didn't drown.

I think there can be a huge variance in ages here. I know for myself I was atleast 14-15 years old before I could retract, this age being at the later end of the spectrum.

I voted 3-4 and 5+.

DS2 was retracting somewhere between 3 and 4, but I can'r remember exactly when.

I have no idea if ds1 retracts or not. He's 17, and hasn't been naked around the house since he was about 8, at which time he didn't retract.

Ds is 7 and not retracted yet.

Ds is 5y and he has been about 1/2 way retractable for 3+ yrs now. I know because I see him do it.

Like a pp said though the normal age is from birth to adulthood and any age in between is what is normal for that boy.

My DS is 5.5 and I don't think his retracts yet, but I can't be sure. I don't even touch his penis anymore, not even during shower-time. I don't think it retracts, though because he likes to play with his penis (working on getting him to stop doing it in public ) and I'm sure if it started doing something new I'd hear about it

He may be retractable-- I suppose it's possible. But I also think there's a wide range of normal in how foreskins look. Some kids look looser and have a wider opening than others, whether they're retractable yet or not.

DS was 2 1/2 when I found that he'd partially retracted himself. He'd been "fiddling" in the bathtub. I gently put the foreskin back down, and I haven't seen it happen since. (He's 3 now.)

Average age of retraction is 10 but it is normal to not retract until 19. Retraction is a sexual function so it is nothing that parents need to concern themselves with.

I'm not concerned, nor do I spend a great deal of time thinking about my boys' penises or when they will retract. I just wanted to make sure that the differences I am seeing are within the range of 'normal' and not a problem (such as an infection) that I should be concerned about.

I didn't answer your poll but DP says it was late puberty for him. I can't remember what age exactly but I think he was older than 16.
