woven wrap question

So I have a couple stretchy wraps that I love, but as my little guy gets bigger and heavier, and also likes to be front-facing, I think we need the fuller support of a woven. Here's my question; one of the things I love about the stretchy is that I don't have to unwrap to take him out & put him back in. Can I also do that with a woven? How does it work if there is no stretch in the fabric?

I've found with wovens that you can take baby out and put them back in if it's something quick like nursing, but if youre going to be walking around, not so much because of the lack of stretch you'll end up with lots of extra slack. you can't really tie it on and leave it on all day like the moby, but once you find the woven love, youll never go back! hth!

You can pop baby in and out of rebozo carries with a shorter wrap. For a longer wrap you can use a front cross carry or hip cross carry to pop baby in and out. It works ok because unlike the moby which will stretch somewhat to accommodate a baby you leave enough slack to put baby in. After baby is in the first time you can make small adjustments and once you have the wrap adjusted you can put baby in and out as needed for the most part, though sometimes it can get a little twisty. Back carries aren't conducive to popping baby in and out for obvious reasons.
