does this sound right?

My chart changed and I wanted to make sure it sounded right.

Before, it was saying that my estimated fertile days were CD11-17 ... which someone mentioned sounded too long ... and my estimated ovulation was CD14.

Now it is showing actual dates. It says I was fertile CD11-13, I ovulated on CD14 and that my LP was CD 15-19. We BD'ed on CD10-12 ... so yay.

you are talking about fertility friend, right? the more info you input, the more precise ff will be, so as the cycle starts, it gives you estimates, and as you enter your data, it interprets it better. it sounds good. you meant your lp started on cd15 though, right? and you are cd19 now and still going? im hoping you didnt really mean lp cd 15-19, cuz if you have a 4 day lp, that will not work. you need a minimum of a 10 day lp, but i dont think you meant to say a 4 day lp, right?

Yeah as karma said... as you put in more cycles (good luck, hope you dont have to put in any more) it will get to know your body better. It only tells you the likely days to begin with, then when it spots ovulation it will adjust the next month for you.

By the cycle I got pregnant it had my estimated ovulation at cd13-17... because my ovulation DOES jump around like that and had been anywhere from cd13 to cd17 in the 6 months before that cycle. it would also give me my estmated AF date to within 3 days, because my LP was 13 days, every now and then it would be 12 or 14, depending on if I started late at night on 13dpo or early in the morning on 15dpo

(to explain why that sounds weird, your LP is the number of days between and not including ovulation and the start of your AF. The day after ovulation is 1dpo. If AF showed for me on 14dpo, then my LP was 13 days long. I would often forget this and expect AF on 13dpo when it was not actually due until 14dpo.)

Thanks for explaining that ... it makes a lot more sense now. It looks like my LP is 14-15 days.

That is a great length for an LP!

Oh yeah? Awesome.

Though I think it's wrong about my estimated period. My period is very regular and I can always tell when I'll get it based on when I got it the previous month. It's always 1-2 days before I got it the previous month (though the last year it's just been the day before). It's showing that I'll get it a day later than I should.
