public school and vaxing....

I'm just curious, are most of the nonvaxed kids homeschooled? I'm looking into the whole vax/non vax issue, but one thing I see in the future is getting the child into school....its required. How does everyone get around that?

Also, I'd love for some suggestions on sites to research this issue

WHAT EXEMPTIONS CAN I USE IN MY STATE FOR MY NON VAX CHILD TO GO TO SCHOOL?

Jodi,

First of all; New Mexico has all three exemptions available.

One site to look at is:

www.vaclib.org

The organization is clearly against all vaccines, but they have a wealth of information or links to it.

My DS is too young for school, but I work outside the home and he attends daycare. He is partially vaxed, and we have no intentions of getting more at this point.

Thanks everyone I was able to find the form for exemption. Its good to have that while I continue to do my research.

Most of the nonvaxxed kids that I know are homeschooled, but not because of vaccine status. Excemptions are pretty easy to come by in Indiana. I think it's more a lifestyle decision. These kids are generally AP'ed, EN'ed, etc. Public school wouldn't fit in with their parents beliefs and vaccines are just extra proof of that.
