Hey wise ones,
I have had dental problems for as long as I can remember. For the past few years, since I haven't had insurance so I've been paying out of pocket for all my problems.
My bottom teeth, while yellow, only have 2 cavities in them. But my top teeth are soo far past saving, just rotten with decay and falling out of my mouth. I had a few root canals on them before seeking other dental opinions. The general consensus has been to pull them all and I finally saved up enough to do just that. I had 3 teeth pulled this past week (2 back molars and a wisdom tooth) and a week from today I am going back to have the last 9 on top pulled. My gum health is awful, which I know has a lot to do with the decay and I'm hoping that fixing that will help out quite a bit, but I would love to do more.
So what's the trick to healthy gums? Any quick healing tips would be welcome as well.
Thanks sooo very much!
