removing children from online school

We are moving and have to pull the children from there online school I am going back to conventional homeschooling rather than put them back in public school I really didnt care for the online school but was gonna finish what we started. what do you think i need to do should I call them or notify in writing. I sent my notification letter into the new state board of education.

They havent finished the online school for the yr had work left over to finish will this matter.

I would notify in writing and ask if there is anything else you need to do. If there is no response, then I would call just to make sure.
