You said you are having trouble finding like minded mamas--but if you could find 1, you could do childcare swap. You watch hers for x hours and get credits for hours of her watching yours. Is there a place you could post a notice to start a playgroup with similar age kids. That way you could get to know the moms and find out who would be a good fit. Additionally, you might find some of that outside stimulation that you need.
Other than that, I would contact the school. I realize you can't get loans right now, but what about other financial assistance. How about grants? You don't need a credit history for grants, and if you already eliminate cable etc, it sounds like you are probably "tight" enough to qualify.
I have also heard of people managing other peoples stuff on ebay. You do all the listings, pictures, etc. and they pay the ebay fees and a commission for you. Lots of people have stuff they want to sell, but many don't want to bother with it.
Oh, and get the WIC stuff. Get all of it and trade with other moms on it. Someone will want the juice and maybe they don't want all the extra beans. You never know.
