Anyone grow Spaghetti Squash?

So, Spaghetti squash has become one of my favorite things to eat! Has anyone grown it? I saw the seeds on BURPEE's website, and am really interested to hear if anyone else had luck? Thank You!

OOh!! You're missing out! It is soooo good! My sister said she was going to cook it and I was like eww, I hate squash. But I kept an open mind and I LOVE it!

I've never tried to grow it, but it shouldn't be that much different than growing regular squash or gourds. It's very gourdish, don't you think? Try some and let us know how it goes!

I'm planting some this year. Zone 4 so it will be a while before I have results to report!

I've had good luck growing it. It's easy. A couple of plants will provide you plenty of squashes. Just give them plenty of room.

It's just like any other winter squash, so should be easy to grow, lol. It is yum. I also love butternut, delicata, okay, all winter squash, really. MMM.

Good! I'm glad to hear it's easy to grow. I remember growing HUGE pumpkins as a kid, and we also had a massive flower garden, but this will be my first adventure in gardening!

I think I may try this too, we have never tried it. This will be our third year at our home and with a garden and we've only done summer squashes/zucchini.

I had two plants. Just two.
I got 109 spaghetti squash. I am not kidding. It was freakin hilarious. I don't know if it was the variety or my super organic garden soil, but I have never even heard of a squash yielding like that. I didn't know what the heck to do with them all! I think we kept about 30 or so, and I put the rest in the front yard in a wheelbarrow and a tub, wrote up a Freecycle post, and told people to come and get them.

They were really delicious, though. And a good, manageable size. Two squash was a perfect serving for our family of three. And they stored really well. So if you love spaghetti squash, have a cool place to store them, and want a lot, this is a great variety.
