I'm so completely confused.
I was dxd with Graves Disease prior to my pregnancy. I always thought that meant hyperT.
However, I'm taking Synthroid, which is supposed to be for hypoT.
My thyroid levels are being 'managed' by Synthroid, ie. everything's within the average range.
Why am I taking Synthroid with Grave's Disease? Is there a flip-flop thing going on that I don't know about?
Reason for asking: I'm going to start introing green smoothies, but apparently everything I was going to put into them are goitrogenic, afftecting people with hypoT.
Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!
TIA
