Nipple pain while nursing 10 month old

My 10 month old has been exclusively breastfeeding... meaning he hasn't really wanted any solids yet so I haven't pushed it. Just a spoon full here and there and he usually gets mad at that! He just got teeth a couple of weeks ago, two top teeth and two bottom teeth and all of a sudden breastfeedig really hurts! I'm not sure what it is.. I don't think its from biting because is generally hurts throughout the whole nursing session everytime. It hasn't hurt from the time he got his teeth really, he's had them in for about three weeks and this just started about a week ago. Its when he nurses on both sides as well. I think that it may be from just the way he nurses maybe, like he can't help his teeth frome being in the way when he moves his jaw? I just don't know.. But i don't want to wean him for a long while so i'm not sure what to do, but i've always loved nursing him and now i'm getting impatient
not sure what to do. anyone have any ideas?

dd tends to suck harder and latch on differently when she is teething. it's been consistent with every new tooth. I wonder if your ds is doing the same thing.

Hmm, thats is possible. I noticed that I have a small cut on one of the sides, but it hurts on both sides. I did notice that it hurt to nurse him when his other teeth came in though! thanks
