could you make a smoothie with almonds and almond milk? adding blueberries, banana, strawberries and such...my kids love almond milk, almond butter and bananas. I see you can't have peanuts but does that include all nuts?

bacon
ham
sausage

curried chickpeas (olive oil, chickpeas, curry powder, sea salt -saute)
sweet potato-bacon hash (the sweet potato is fried in the bacon grease
hot buckwheat cereal (I'm pretty sure buckwheat is pretty high protein)
A hash of diced ham and potato, sauteed in olive oil with some onions and garlic

Is this for an adult or a child?

You can also do non-traditional "breakfast" - as in, have last night's dinner leftovers for breakfast. In the winter, I enjoy some chicken bone broth with rice in it for breakfast, that sort of thing.

Along the almond milk train of thought, I recently saw a recipe for a quinoa porridge made with almond milk. You basically cook it together for 15-20 minutes, then add some chopped almonds and dried fruit. Quinoa is fairly high in protein.

I second the quinoa suggestion. Here is a recipe I use:

1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
dry or sliced fresh fruit
rice milk (or whatever type of milk you have on hand)

Cook 1/2 cup quinoa per instructions on package.
Once it's finished cooking add: a little rice milk, cinnamon, brown sugar and maple syrup and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.

Serve warm.

I usually top it with more rice milk (if it isn't thin enough for me) and fresh fruit.

If you're really busy in the mornings, or don't have a lot of time, I find that it stores in the fridge well. I make a larger batches and just heat it up in the mornings.

Sometimes I switch it up and use brown rice and replace the maple syrup with vanilla.

It's sooo yummy.

beans
quinoa or multigrain cereal
nuts
oatmeal with flax seeds or nuts
granola (check the label but a lot are surprisingly high protein)

Then you probably need more fat, not just protein.
We make millet porridge with coconut milk. Also coconut milk in smoothies. Avocadoes are another good fat.

You could try to make the quinoa (or other grains high in protein, grits, etc) in the crockpot overnight....
A basic recipe is 1 cup grain (your choice, rinsed) to 4 cups water or rice/amond milk, pinch of cinnamon, maybe a pinch of salt. Cook on low for 7 hours (I use a light timer for mine). Add frozen fruit, fresh apples, sunflower seeds, whatever you want in the am. Yummy, easy peasy.

So is your little one okay with wheat and other grains? You might try sunbutter (made from sunflower seeds) with toast. I feel for you~ I've been down the elimination diet road and it's tough.

I make my own granola:

3 cups quinoa flakes
1 cup oat bran
1 cup pumkin or sunflower seed that have been soaked 24 hours
1 tbs cinnamin
mix with 1/2 cup coconut oil,1/2 cup agave nectar and 1 tbs vanilla
bake at a low temperature around 225 for about 1/2 an hour take out and mix and put in about another 15 minute
once it is out of the oven mix in 1 cup shelled hemp seeds or ground flax seeds or both and mix well.

It is so yummy. We are totally addicted to it! we eat it with blueberries and yougurt but you could use almond milk.

now things changed! i can no longer eat any wheat or nuts or fish in addition to the above mentioned. i made oats this morning is that ok?

I wouldn't do oats. Even gluten free oats at this point, until you're sure that no one is reacting to them. A lot of people who have a problem with gluten, also have a problem with oats (similar proteins, I believe). If you want to trial oats, then do gluten-free oats from a certified company.

I sometimes just have a pint of milk with juice plus complete mixed in (1 scoop)... its very yummy stuff, and while I'm not 100% sold on juice plus I like that its got lots of protein

I also like to make a batch of granola up (I make the recipe in how to cook everything), and mix it with yogurt.

Or occasionally, I'll feel ambitious and make eggs & bacon/sausage for breakfast... but only occasionally. Usually I don't have the energy to do much more than pour cereal/granola/milk/yogurt into a bowl and eat

White bean sausage gravy. YUM!

hemp protein powder
brown rice protein powder
pea protein powder

A scoop of one of the above might all be added to certified gluten free oats porridge or quinoa porridge.. you could also make your own granola or high protein bars with this protein powder, quinoa or millet flakes or GF oatmeal with some seed butters, dried fruits and some sweetener.

Or make a smoothie, with one of the above protein powder, hemp milk or rice milk, fruits that you life, some greens and some sweetener - Enjoy! This is my standard breakfast. I also add sunflower seeds or flax meal or hemp hearts or pumpkin seeds etc..

Quinoa has the highest protein than any other grain. So it might be worth the effort to try different quinoa recipes and find one that you like. I like curried quinoa salad that I top up with chickpeas or lima beans and veggies.
