I'm trying not to stress, but I'm seriously ready to have a breakdown. I had some slight pink on the paper last time I used the bathroom. I'm not crampy, but my belly feels heavy today (although this may be more indicative of my jeans feeling too small already). The interwebs tell me this is normal, but I had no spotting with my first baby.

Hi Mama,
First off,
- I know how frightening spotting can be. I had it from about 8 to 10 weeks during this pregnancy and I'm now 34 weeks. My OB chalked it up to having a very tender cervix. As the PP suggested an ultrasound might help alleviate your fears. At 8 weeks they'll be able to detect a heartbeat and possibly pinpoint exactly where the bleeding is coming from.
Best wishes and best of luck!

The US will make you feel better. I didn't spot at all with my first, but a few weeks ago I had pink, then red for several days with this pregnancy. Freaked me out, but it turned out to be nothing. Baby was good at the next US and also at yesterday's US (I'm about 13 weeks now).
Thinking good thoughts for you!
