I hope someone can answer this quickly because I'm worried. My DS and I both had a stomach bug earlier this week. His last throw up was about 66 hours ago (early Tuesday am). He has been fine, eating, playing etc. Until about 30 minutes ago he started throwing up again. Is this normal???? And please don't tell me it's a new bug!!! Help!!

Could it be that his stomach is just still very sensitive after being sick? Having a stomach bug actually destroys/diminishes certain digestive enzymes, as far as I understand. Perhaps since he was feeling better he just pushed his body a little too hard. You might try sticking to simple-to-digest foods a little bit longer.
I hope it's not a relapse or a new illness!

Yep, I think you were right on with that! I read your post last night and was keeping my fingers crossed that he just wasn't ready for all the regular food he'd been eating. He didn't throw up again, but had a very restless night. I held off on nursing him for quite a while, but he was so sad, and really wanted to nurse, so I gave in and he kept it down. He nursed quite a bit last night and kept it all down. So we will be sticking with bland foods for a couple more days. And hopefully there won't be any more throwing up!
