Hi, Im 8.5 weeks pregnant with my first! (very excited~) but getting my butt kicked with tree allergies right now. Im taking a bio Allers homepathic tree pollen remedy - wondering if any one else has used it during first trimester, or if there are other safe EFFECTIVE spring allergy treatments?
We havent met with a midwife yet, and I dont have a primary care physician and dont really even know one with experience with herbs or alternative treatments.
This is my first experiment with homepathics, so far its better than nothing but still not completly solving my problem....
