So, I go out with my friend for sushi, and lose the whole night of sleep - running back and forth to the bathroom with throwing up urges. (I never have these problems, and love sushi in general). Last time I suffered from nausea was ten years ago. I am not prone to stomach issues, and I am not allergic to any foods, as far as I know.
Is this how food poisonings supposed to work? And if not, what the heck is wrong with me?
I felt way way better after throwing up, and am simply tired right now.
Is this some sort of delayed allergic reaction? (we ate dinner at 6pm and I woke up for the first time at 3 am). Is this food poisoning? Something else?
- my stomach doesn't / didn't hurt.
- I DID take 4 pepto bismols over the course of the night.
- My face is covered with a weird rash (?)
- I DID throw up this morning (sorry for TMI), but it was mostly water and pepto bismol. Took me a while to undertsand why I'm throwing up hot pink.
- The friend that I went out with (we actually ate from the same plates) had no issues. At all.
