November 2009 DDC--On the move...so soon?!?

So my "november baby" turned out to be an October baby, so she's a bit older than most november babies. But she has started to roll herself acroos the room. She can really get some distance rolling around! But she's only really proficient in one direction, so she needs a lot of "rescuing" from under a chair, or when she's caught against the sofa or in a corner!
Great!! Time to baby proof the house. This is sooner that I had planned!

Wow, that's fast! My little guy (end of Nov) isn't moving much. He can shimmy himself from vertical into diagonal and that's about it! Not even front to back! He's a huge lump though, 20lbs, so that could be slowing him down, LOL!

You are going to have to baby proof the house a few months earlier than most moms, I think! Any stairs to worry about?

my LO is crawling, sitting, and pulling up. she was born 11/1.

End of November-ish here (see siggy) - DS was doing a 360 about a month ago (back to side, back to side, until he turned himself in a circle) and now is doing rolling both ways, but not yet across the room. he can scoot a little - pushes with his feet, but head and arms are down - and he does a great cobra and what I call "superman" where arms and legs are off the ground - he's on his belly - and he just rocks there. Don't think it will be too long and he'll be crawling.

he's not pulling up yet, but tbh, there isn't much around him to pull up on. (so I think. wait till he starts to, then I'll really know!)
