Tell me your favorite salad dressing!

I've just recently gotten into making chopped salads and they are a huge hit with the entire family! I'm so happy - a great way to get loads of veggies in every night, and the chopping is fun too

So, I'm looking for dressing ideas. I've mostly been making a champagne vinegar/EVOO/dijon/shallot/s&p mixture that's delish. I also occasionally make a zesty Italian good seasonings packet with balsamic and a little dijon thrown in.

I'm looking for other ideas - creamy, vinaigrettes, anything! Although, I will say, I'd love a ranch/tangy recipe that doesn't require buttermilk, since that's not something I have on hand regularly.

for creamy ranch dressing I make this

1tsp Parsley
1/2tsp salt
3/4tsp black pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp onion powder (I like onion powder so I add 1tsp)
1/8tsp thyme (I use italian seasoning)

mix all together in a jar.
Add 2tbs to 2c of sour cream, or 2c equivalent of sour cream, and yogurt. Add milk to consistency.
