I would get your cp (midwife, dr..) to check your blood pressure ASAP. high BP can cause the symptoms you are describing and it can be serious if left unchecked. I hope that you figure it out fast! feeling sick and 40 weeks pregnant is NO fun

I would still get check for sure!

Also, I tend to think I am getting the flu soon before going into labor!
