Goat is "usually" easier to digest, but it also tastes stronger. My DS liked it fine with a little maple syrup added, but my DD won't touch it. Personally, I'd trial a little straight raw cow's milk. If that doesn't work, you can always try goat later. Or if you want a gentler trial, buy cow's milk, skim the cream and make butter. (put in a jar no more than half full, shake until you have a big buttery lump and buttermilk inside, strain off the buttermilk, rinse and squish the butter in cold water several times to get the last of the buttermilk out, add salt to taste).
