I have a stupid question

So I feel like I should know this, but I don't. During your fertile time you get EWCM, than creamy, followed by a dry spell, and then AF. Is that the right order? Is it a pregnancy symptom if you get EWCM that never goes away? I feel stupid asking, but obviously I don't know that much about TTC yet. I'm only on my second cycle, so I'm pretty new here! Thanks ladies!

if you are still dtd regularly theres a good chance you dont have EWCM but rather semen.

otherwise women can have EWCM in their luteal phase (post ovulation) and not be pregnant (or be pregnant, that has no bearing on it really) ... or you could simply have not even ovulated yet?

yeah, that's the order, unless, of course, you get ew, sticky, creamy, ew, and then af, or ew, creamy, nothing, creamy, then af, or .... could go on.

but seriously, that is the way it typically goes, but really anything can happen. personally, i dont check cm or cp in the luteal phase anymore, because it really doesnt tell you anything useful. i know some women say their cp is higher/softer, some say they have extra creamy cm, but really, it just adds to the obsessive speculation and there's no way to know until it's hindsight.
