10 dpo here and BFN this am- temp went down a bit...nothing too exciting really...will re-test tomorrow and check back in....keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this is our month!

oh, ok mumma. Your chart seems to confirm that you haven't O'd yet. I hope it just means your egg had time to get nice and ripe and ready!!!

Wow, we sure stirred up a mixup, didn't we?

The way your temps were rising, I was curious to see if maybe you had a fever, which was why I asked about your day-time temp. But, 98.8 is pretty normal, so I guess that doesn't explain your Basal temps... Sorry about putting you on the spot of explaining it all.

CLH - your chart looks good, isn't it nice to know for sure that you ovulated (well hopefully you will know for sure tommorow!)

Holly - You definitely may have O'd yesterday but you need more temps to be sure. Why do you have an open circle for cd 14 (did you already mention this?) If your temps stay up tomorrow it is possible that your O day could be CD 14 rather than CD 13 (since the temp on CD 14 might be falsely elevated). Unfortunately, ovulation only becomes clear on your chart several days after it happens and sometimes it is hard to pinpoint the exact day!

Divine - I'm hoping for another sustained temp jump in the next couple of days. My chart is so pretty this month, a third temp shift would make it perfect! Hope you are feeling better (but what a great reason to be sick!) I never got true morning sickness with either of my pregnancies, just off and on queasiness the first tri and usually in the afternoon.

Miriam - I hope AF stays away. And I can totally relate to wondering what happened to "Mrs. Casual". I'm 8dpo today and I can feel my resolve not to test slipping away!

AFM - 8dpo, temp still very stable... trying to be strong and hold off on testing until next Sunday

Does anyone know about the health of the egg if im ovulating on CD24? Im sure i have read that its not very healthy to O so late. Anyway fx we catch our little egg, the egg we now lovingly refer to as 'last chance egg'!!

Aww, thank you for remembering. It went well, he is very sweet. Unfortunately, I may not be able to see him again this coming Friday as I'd hoped. It's coming up to the end of the school year, so he is a busy boy for the next few weeks.

I don't know if Oing late truly makes a difference. I mean, our eggs are already oler than we are, as they begin to form in-utero, right? The important thing for you to worry about right now is BDing... Lots and lots of BDing! And, toss one in for me, too!!!

tear- take care of yourself! tylenol is ok. can you call your re tomorrow to make sure everything is cool? do you feel fine? maybe it's just the quadruplets implanting.

mumma- the thing about our eggs all being born with us is true, although they are sort of pre-eggs. the fsh and lh and estrogen and all that good stuff stimulates a small handful to start to develop each cycle, and then usually the best one of those will mature into a nice follicle and pop. but as far as o'ing on cd 20-something- that's nothing. even on cd120something, it's ok, because the follies havent started to develop until all the o'ing stuff gears up, they were just hanging out with all the other ones in the ovary, waiting for the right time. was the other +opk totally pos ? a lot of times they stay pos for 24 hrs or so, so you get 2 in a row- i know, not always, but just one is suspect. i definitely dont see an o on your chart. so it's coming- hope you can get busy!

Fun story:
Yesterday I was helping my mom to catalog a whole bunch of my grandfather's stuff (he's selling his house and downsizing). My mom found a ring that was my great-grandmother's and said I could have it if I wanted. I LOVE the heritage of that! (ps - sis, if you're reading, if you like it we can do rock paper scissor. there were a few) Anyway, it has three medium sized garnets, and I thought it was super pretty. I got home and suddenly had an inspiration....HEY, isn't the garnet the JANUARY birthstone?! I looked it up: it IS! If this cycle works, I'll be due in early January...and there are three garnets.

I'm feeling just totally achy and hot, btw. Earlier I was super cold. I may take tylenol if it gets worse, and I'll definitely call the RE if it's still here tomorrow. Thanks for asking.

Yeah, so AF started last night and it was baaad...way worse than it has been in a very long time. I'm guessing that I either had a really early loss or my LP randomly lengthened by 4 days. I'm just a bit down b/c I feel cheated that I was 4 days over my normal LP and nothing to show for it. Hopefully my LP stays longer though!

I haven't really posted here before cause I wasn't aware that anyone could post here. Now that I have finally figured out that much, here I am. I am currently waiting to O on CD 20. This is taking forever. I thought I mighta O'd a day or 2 ago but still waiting... bored really.

Karmab-go ahead and link my chart, thank you! I always get 2 days of positive Opks when I O, thats why I was questioning the false pos at cd16. And i usually O on the second day of the positive. So we bd once two days ago, twice yesterday and will bd tonight, so hopefully the boys will find my egg!!

Its my day off today and Im tying to find the motivation to go do groceries. Im meeting a friend for lunch and I know the baby conversation will happen and Im pretty sure im going to tell her that we have stopped trying, cos im soooo sick of that conversation I wish noone knew we were trying, but who knew it would take so long to conceive!!

My temps are similar in the TWW. Also, hope you feel better. What's the point of getting sick days off work if you end up sick when you're on vacation anyways?! Maybe this is a good way for you to double-up and save those sick days for later when you're pregnant

I think I'm safe for today, since AF almost always appears in the mornings for me and with just spotting the night before, but still no spotting. It could happen, but I think if she shows it'll be tomorrow. Fingers crossed, though!

hesperia doesnt post here much but she stays busy on the no stressors thread. she said something so beautiful, i hope she doesnt mind that i am sharing it here. you know, as we get to dpo 11 or 12, we all start saying things like, well, i think af is on her way, i dont have much hope for this cycle, i think im out, and all that. it's really hard to let yourself feel the hope! i love what she said....
