Well... (updated with pic)

I took a HPT today ($$$ tree brand) and I'm not sure if there's a line or not. I couldn't tell, as I thought I saw something but wasn't sure. When you look at it in the light, you can see a super faint line. I'm afraid it's an evap line, but it does have a little pink tint to it, it's just hard to tell. I guess I will re-test in the morning.

Here is the best picture I could get with my camera phone. To me, it doesn't look like anything showed up but I have really bad eyes. I have to hold things up to my face and squint. Someone on another forum said she thinks she can see a very faint line. Does anyone else see anything?

The pic is too blurry to see.... can you possibly lay it against a white piece of paper and set your camera to macro setting?? I think when we hold the tests our hands shake and it's too difficult to get a straight focus, then the pics are blurry.

I'm just using the camera on my phone, so I don't have the option of using any other settings.

are you sure? even my phone has a macro setting... you just have to play with the camera settings on it a bit to find it.

I would still attempt to lay it on a flat surface and capture a pic of it that way. Holding it makes for a blurry pic.

Yeah, I looked through the camera settings and couldn't find anything. I also tried laying it down flat, but it's just turning out more blurry now.

So ... I took a second one a couple hours to kind of test to see if I got the same result or if the first one was just an evap line. The same line appeared on the second one, though now neither line is as visible. Though, I took the first 4 hours ago, and the second about an hour ago.

get a frer, i first tested on a $tree tests and when i thought i saw something super faint is when i picked up a frer. the frer was very faint as well but definitely there. it was light but got darker as it dried. the first one i took was in the evening and definitely showed a line. so if you are getting faint lines on a dollar tree i think it's more than plausible you would get a definite line on a frer.

Someone told me she got a strong BFP on several different brands at 11 dpo, but $$$ tree didn't show up til 14 dpo. She was saying they may not be as sensitive as they claim to be. Anyway, I'm going to wait a couple days and take a FRER. I actually don't have any HPT's in the house right now, so I'm going to wait to get one til I'm ready to take it LOL. AF isn't due until Thursday.

I took a $tree at 9dpo with this last pregnancy - honestly I don't know what I saw that made me think I should test with afternoon pee with an FRER, but the FRER definitely had a line and the $tree didn't get a line until 11dpo (beta at 10dpo was 46 about an hour after I tested with the $tree at 10dpo and nothing on it).

I say, test with a better test.

Yeah, I'm going to wait until closer to when AF is due and take a FRER. I think either tomorrow or Wed. AF is due on Thursday.
