Bumgenius diaper sprayer?

I have used a homemade sprayer for most of my son's life with great success. It recently broke. I am due to have another baby in 7 weeks and am looking at the bumgenius sprayer, yes it is expensive. The thing is, it can be attached to the sink so i can get warm water, also it says it have variable pressure settings. I think this would be super postpartum. If i end up with tears or hemorrhoids, i think it would help a lot, kinda like a bidet. Has anyone tried this system?

Loved it for diapers and pp, until my 16 month old learned how to use it and completely hosed down my entire bathroom floor, walls and all (standing water). Sold it promptly after that.

We have it and love it. I've had it since the beginning and now can't imagine doing cloth dipes without it. I have no issues with stains since we rinse/spray really well. I imagine it would be nice post partum, hooked up to warm water, although I just used peri bottles.

Glad to see this post. We have not have need of one of these, but we are getting ready to move and am seriously considering buying one. My husband and I discussed the possibility of our 3 year old playing with it, so I was not excited to see that someone else's little one did so. Any tips for keeping the kids' from making a mess, especially since this will be in our only bathroom?

I would suggest letting him help spray dirty diapers sometimes. I think that takes away the appeal. My son is two, and we have only been without a sprayer for 1 month. He is an exceptionally curious boy, but he left it alone. I am guessing this is why.

Thanks for letting me know what you think of this product. I think i will be buying it.
